Customer Experience Representative

To resolve customer complaints and queries through telephone calls, live chat, email, face-to-face and relevant media platforms to provide consistent standards of quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for all customer queries Maintain and develop existing customer relationships and increase stickiness
  • Provide accurately and up-to-date information to customers
  • Identify from customer requirements, the reason for the call and classify calls appropriately
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer-related information

Candidate Requirements

  • Customer experience professional
  • Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication /Business
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and customer relations.
  • Good knowledge of sales products and services
