Job Description

The Admin and Marketing Assistant will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with enquiries about our services and products and provide support to the marketing team.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running the office
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office space
  • Participate in product and service Marketing and Sales when assigned Maintain good customer relations
  • Provide after sales support to customers
  • Maintain records for clients’ preferences and specifications for use in recurrent orders
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
  • Actively take on additional responsibilities as and when required

Qualification and Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in any field. No experience required.
  • Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
  • Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

Team player — Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
