Overall Purpose

The Account Manager will be responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company and build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.

Job Specification

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Business or related field
  • Professional Registration: None
  • Minimum Experience : At least 3 years of related experience preferably in the telecommunications / FMCG industry

Key Skills:

Knowledge of standards and processes to manage customer retention
