Responsible for ensuring that operations linked to the efficient and effective provision of services are performed in a seamless manner to satisfy the needs of internal Zamtel customers, as well as coordinate the implementation of IT projects within


  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Business, ICT or Project Management
  • Professional Registration: Project Management certification
  • Minimum Experience : 5 years’ experience in the implementation of projects

Good understanding of the business and service environment Broad technical knowledge
