Job Description

Administer Job Description

  • Prospecting for new business
  • Servicing existing customers and establishing new business
  • Identifies , prioritizes and reaches out to new clients
  • Develops, executes and evaluates new plans for increasing sales.
  • Underwriting and claim handling.
  • Represents company in strategic meetings.
  • Preparation of monthly management and production reports.
  • Preparation of weekly activity report.
  • Supervising the Clerk and Sales Rep.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Office/Rtsa day to day activities.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 certificate with credits or better
  • Diploma in insurance
  • At least 1 year work experience
  • Result oriented
  • Honest
  • Hard working
  • Good Customer service
  • Must be a Mufulira resident
