Job Description

Employee’s core responsibilities shall be among others:

  • Assist in Coordinating, Overseeing and Marketing the Company’s Aftersales &
  • Maintenance Department for Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Elevator &
  • Escalator Services in technical coordination with Company Engineers and
  • Technical Teams.
  • Achieving all Sales/Turnover/Profit Targets and Goals set out by the Company.
  • Assist in Managing, Coordinating and Overseeing the company’s service and
  • maintenance technician teams.
  • Maintain and enhance good relationships with the Company’s Customers by
  • providing them with exceptional service and attention
  • Marketing and Promoting of all Products and Services in the Company’s Product
  • Portfolio, in particular but only, single split installations across all product brands maintained by the company.
  • Assist in improving the Aftersales/Service, processes and policies in support
  • of the company’s mission.
  • Assist in overseeing and managing the workforce going to various sites,
  • ensuring time management is in place.
  • Inventory and Stock management and monitoring.
  • Compile Client Service Reports on time.
  • Enter Acceptance Certificate Rating for Service Team in the System.
  • Any other job assigned by the Seniors.

Qualification and experience:

  • Must be well experienced in marketing, Sales and purchasing in order to
  • negotiate with Vendors and suppliers as well as acquiring and maintaining
  • customer relationships
  • Must be well experienced with stock and inventory management and respective
  • stock management software.
  • Experience in managing sales and technical teams, motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
  • Basic technical knowledge and understanding
  • Basic technical on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment will be an
  • added advantage
  • Fully acquainted with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Marketing, Engineering or Equivalent is an added
  • advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with in a similar role.
  • Preferred candidate must be Zambian citizen and/or holder of residence permit.
