Job Description

Job Summary

Pharmacy Technologists will provide pharmaceutical services to ensure the safety and security of merchandise; ensures rigid adherence to all laws and regulations governing the (GDP) good distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Job – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education, Certificate, and Licensure
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate; Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited College or University; Fully registered with HPCZ, at least two years experience.


  • Must demonstrate practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other related soft wares, as well as Sound knowledge of products applicable to the industry.
  • The applicant is expected to demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental program structure and department policies and procedures.
  • Capable to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others.
  • Leadership Requirements: Must demonstrate proficient ability to directly supervise department personnel in a manner consistent with company policies and applicable laws. This includes training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, and complaint resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.


  • Monitoring of temperature in the warehouse
  • Handling the warehouse
  • Ensuring Good Distribution Practices
  • Monitoring of expiry dates of pharmaceutical products
  • Handling Departmental software
  • Handling assigned Regulatory applications
  • Updating Departmental trackers
  • Handling warehouse SOPs
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
