Human Resources Officer

Job Description


To co-ordinate and implement the Human Resources Administrative policies and Reward Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent shall be responsible:

  • To administer staff probation and confirmations.
  • To administer staff leave and allowances.
  • To maintain and update database on staff.
  • To co-ordinate staff performance appraisal and career enhancement (PACE) exercise.
  • To co-ordinate the issuance of staff identification cards.
  • To conduct exit interviews and suggest remedial measures if any
  • To act as custodian of personnel files


  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource


  • At least 3 years traceable experience preferably in a busy HRD set up

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Should be honest and reliable
  • Effective negotiation skills

Operational Requirement:

  • Ready to work out side working hours.
  • Good Organizational Ability
