Position Overview:

Factory Manager oversee coffee processing, warehouses operations, Inventory control, quality control and logistics for coffee shipments and wet / dry mill operation including production and understanding problem solving skills and resolve any issue that may derail production.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategies to Streamline Factory Operations
• Responsible for Coffee quality in the dry mill
• Hulling, grading, and blending bulk coffee for export
• Coffee tasting quality control and give daily reports
• Preparing and sending of samples to coffee buyers
• Regularly conduct inspections of coffee products to determine whether they have meet established quality standards
• Provide leadership skills to ensure that the factory operations run smoothly
• Monitor coffee processing and ensure that the factory target is met
• Train new factory employees and ensure that factory machinery is in good working order
• What will make you successful
• Degree in production and quality control or similar
• Prior experience (minimum 5 years) in production
• Able to work independently and as part of team
• Open-minded and ready to take up new challenges. Proactive and driven by self-initiative
