Job Description

Requirements;

  • Certificate/ in Secretarial/ front office.
  • One (1) year working experience in a similar field
  • Must be between 21-30 years of age.
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Good personal and organizational skills
  • Must be easy to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving visitors and prospective students by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifying college personnel of visitor arrival
  • Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring log book and issuing visitor badges.
  • Documenting financial information.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries.
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
  • Maintaining college schedules.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting executives with routine and project tasks.
  • Implementing administrative procedure.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Valid practicing licenses and able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
