- Certificate/ in Secretarial/ front office.
- One (1) year working experience in a similar field
- Must be between 21-30 years of age.
- Good communication and people skills
- Good personal and organizational skills
- Must be easy to work with minimal supervision.
- Serving visitors and prospective students by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifying college personnel of visitor arrival
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring log book and issuing visitor badges.
- Documenting financial information.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Maintaining college schedules.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Assisting executives with routine and project tasks.
- Implementing administrative procedure.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Valid practicing licenses and able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
