Job Description

Herocean Supply Chain Zambia Ltd Wishes to invite applications from individuals to fill the following vacancies.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Issuing of receipts.
  • Process return transactions.
  • Giving cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of a work shift.
  • Balancing Cash on a daily basis
  • Resolving customers’ queries, problems and any other issues that may arise.
  • Contributing to team effort by completing the assigned tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and report any needed changes.
  • Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.


  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma accounts, Banking and finance or any related program.
  • Proficient in Excel.
