Job Overview:

ON-Cart is hiring an experienced Customer Service Associate which is dedicated, honest for the assigned work, and ambitious to grow with the performance.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via chat, telephone, or email in minimum response time.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Document customer interactions when necessary.
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
  • Assist clients by demonstrating the use of the platform like Application and website.
  • Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
