Sales Support


• Respond to walk in customer needs and problems relating to sim cards or phones or any other service complaint

• Provide features on the sim cards

• Register customers and transactions on Momo

• Provide, create and maintain numbers for prepaid walk in customers

• Deactivate/reactivate stolen or recovered sim cards

• Replace/ maintain numbers for prepaid walk in customers

• Acquire and maintain complete knowledge concerning the company’s range of products and services and apply that to knowledge in relation to customer’s requirements and problems

• Maintain up to date literature on MTN products, sales aids and price list

• Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Business studies, Sales and marketing

• Understanding various converging technologies

• Understanding of various corporate requirements

• Computer literacy
