Our client is the largest fleet management company in Zambia and they are looking to fill the position of Technical Call Centre Agent. This position will be based in Lusaka.
Job Responsibilities
o Issue telephonic orders for repairs to vehicles
o Scrutinizing supplier quotations
o Liaise with dealers and manufacturers
o Liaise with customers / Sales Dept re queries / technical related issues
o Raise charge outs for non-maintenance related work
o Negotiate policy claims according to parameters
o Review vehicle service histories and only authorize necessary work
o Must be prepared to work Saturdays / Public Holidays when required
Required Qualifications / Experience
o Drivers license
o Sound technical knowledge with administrative know-how
o Computer literate in Windows, Word & Excel Level 1
o Proven experience in a service manager environment or as a team leader
o A recognized technical qualification
o Qualified Motor Technician
