Zamtel, whose official name is Zambia Telecommunications Company Ltd, is a government-owned telecommunication service provider in Zambia. Zamtel is one of three mobile phone networks in the country; the others are Airtel and MTN.


Implement an effective Talent Management and Development service to the Organisation in alignment with the overall Human Resource Strategic objectives in order to improve individual and organisational productivity


A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Master’s degree will be an added advantage

Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

Five (5) years in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development including extensive experience in training and development three (3) years in a management-level position

In-depth knowledge of individual and organisational methods, tools and technologies

A broad understanding of the Telecoms business

Policy and procedures development

In-depth knowledge of talent management, man power planning, recruitment, executive searching and general resourcing
