Entrepreneurs Financial Centre. Pulse Financial Services Ltd (PFSL) also trading as Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC), is a deposit-taking microfinance institution licensed by the Bank of Zambia. The institution offers specialized financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises including business women. The institution started as a CARE Zambia project in 1996. In 2009, the institution got a Deposit Taking License from Bank of Zambia. In 2011 PFSL joined the International Network of Entrepreneurs Financial Centre — EFC and is now trading under this name and is operating in Zambia. Tanzania Uganda, and Panama. Responsibilities
Develop strategic ideas and product proposals that contribute to the financial success of EFC and increase revenue.
Develop policies and procedures, forms and other auxiliary documents related to products and lending processes.
Draft marketing plans and advise on implementation of new and improved marketing mechanisms as appropriate
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability;
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them.
Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and supervise the development of EFC internet web pages and social media pages.
Develop and maintain the EFC corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage Requirements
Qualifications
University Degree in Business related studies.
Three years relevant experience at Middle Management level in a financial institution.
Good knowledge of applicable compliance laws for a financial institution.
Good knowledge of credit and financial systems;
Extremely strong leadership and management skills
Excellent planning and organising skills
The ability to motivate and develop others
Excellent interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural environment
The ability to build teamwork
