Lafarge Zambia is looking to recruit dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and qualified individuals in various Departments based at Chilanga and Ndola Plants as follows:


To analyse the threats and assess the risks faced by the Company at Country level.

Coordinate the cascading of the Lafarge Group Security Policy, the guidelines and information to all sites.

Supervise the guidelines implementation, update plans and procedures and liaise with the Site Managers.

Draw up the security master plan for the activities within the Country.

Control the level of the site physical protection.

Lead security audits in accordance with the Business Unit guidelines.

Develop an information network with the local Police and Security authorities and liaise with those authorities in the event of a major incident.

Support the Site Managers in case of crisis management.

Assist the Site Managers on how to manage the private Security Companies.


University Degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing security operations including physical & technical system implementation.

Ability to manage emergency situations.

Proven ability to lead large groups in challenging circumstances. Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent incident management skills.

Good negotiation skills.

Holder of a valid driver’s license.
